Welcome to NEXTSYSTEMS technical support page.  Here you can contact us for pre-sales and post sales support questions about our products and services.

NEXTSYSTEMS offers many options for ongoing Coaching, Training and Support for your company.

Phone/Email Support

Contact 1.800.969.6398 or email support@nextsystems.com with any support or training request.  The NEXTSYSTEMS support office is open from 8:30 am to 5:00 p.m. (Central Time) Monday through Friday.

Internet Based Training

Training may be scheduled with one of the NEXTSYSTEMS coaches anytime during the week.  Online training is generally scheduled in one-hour increments.  It is usually necessary to reserve training time up to two weeks in advance.

Onsite Training

A NEXTSYSTEMS coach can make a visit to your office for one on one personalized training or consulting. 

Onsite training is for a minimum of eight hours and is subject to flat rate travel charges specific to your area.  Training is generally scheduled two weeks in advance and is not confirmed until payment is received for any service/support hours and travel expenses.

NEXTSYSTEMS Training Center

The NEXTSYSTEMS office is available for small, intimate training sessions.  This is perfect for training a new employee or getting your staff away from your office distractions.  We can assist you in downloading your ComputerEase data or we can connect to your home office via Remote Desktop to train your staff with your live data in our training center.

Custom Reports

NEXTSYSTEMS also can provide custom programming using ComputerEase C++ code to provide our customers with a wide range of custom reporting solutions.
